We were delighted to participate again in the annual San Mateo County Pride Festival on June 13, 2015.  As expected, it was a wonderful, and colorful day, in the family-friendly atmosphere of San Mateo Central Park.  We were treated to comedians, musicians, and even a Lion Dancer!  We met some new people, and enjoyed seeing familiar faces among the festival-goers and our fellow vendors in the park.  We gave out candy, and bracelets, bumper stickers, and water - along with lots of good information about our community.  Bethany was one of several churches in attendance, and there were representatives from schools, health organizations, support groups, and many others - all in support of the LGBTQ community in our county!
