Pride Celebration June 2013

San Mateo County's very first Pride celebration, sponsored by the San Mateo County Pride Initiative, was held on Saturday, June 15, in San Mateo's Central Park.  Your EWOC (Evangelism, Welcoming and Outreach Committee) represented Bethany with a table at the event, and we had a great time!  With a great crew staffing the Bethany table, we enjoyed meeting and greeting our neighbors.  It was a wonderful event, and we are very proud to have been there, with so many very nice people, and having fun along the way!  We gave away Bethany rainbow bracelets, candies, some great mugs with the Bethany logo, lots of flyers, and had a fun True/False quiz.  We are definitely doing this again next year!
