Would you like to experience 4th of July as it was celebrated in 1900? You still can! Join Bethany friends for a fun-filled festival at Ardenwood Historic Farm! Bring a picnic and spend the holiday the old-fashioned way!  There will be music, games, and contests for everyone.

Test your skills at egg toss, pie eating, nail driving, the water bucket brigade, or watermelon seed spitting ...sample the hand cranked ice cream while listening to bluegrass music...tour the Patterson’s Victorian Farm house...watch quilters at work... join the Bethany team water bucket brigade...or just relax on the beautiful grounds while enjoying a picnic lunch with friends as you are entertained by turn of the century standards from a brass band. We’ll be meeting in the shade by the gazebo next to the Patterson House around 10:30.
